Boat Slips

Carolina Lakes POA currently has 24 Boat Slips at the marina that can be rented to residents. Marina Boat slip rental agreements are paid annually running from January 1st through December 31st. All rentals are good for one year and then must be renewed. This rental agreement is NOT transferrable. Rental agreements are "Pro Rated" regarding when the agreement is accepted. NO refunds are issued for partial year usage. Residents interested in renting a boat slip need to visit the POA office, obtain and complete the contract with a check. If no slips are available, you will be put on a waiting list in order of date requested. Carolina Lakes POA Office.
