WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL SITE FOR CAROLINA LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
Carolina Lakes is a gated community of approximately 1,700 homes (Deed Restrictions Apply). The Association has approximately 17 miles of "private" paved roads and is best known for our Lakes: Crystal, Diamond, Mirror, Sapphire, Silver, Ski Lake, and Lake Carolina (the main lake-approximately 240 acre) with two marina pavilions.
Many of our residents enjoy boating, kayaking, and Golf, as well as woodsy feel of our community. Our diverse community includes active duty military, civilian contractors, retirees and a multitude of school age kids.

Carolina Lakes MerchandiseCommunity Affairs has its own merch store! Clothing, accessories, home goods, and more can be found at the link below. Proceeds go to Community Affairs and supports events such as the 4th of July parade & fireworks show, community beautification, and much more. Orders are printed on demand; refunds and exchanges are not available. Items are subject to change so check the site often!
