Storage Area

There are approximately 130 storage lots available for rental in our community.  The storage lot is located next to the pool and is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Residents use the storage lots to store boats, campers and utility trailers.  The current rental fees are: 25ft/$300, 35ft/$400, and 50ft/$550 per year.  Amount is pro-rated dependent upon which month your rental begins. There are certain restrictions on size of rentals due to the size of the lots.
